The skateboard is done
This past week, school started for my children, and school started for my students. That means, school started for me, and my time to make art is basically cut into a very small portion of time. Mostly later in the evenings, if I have any energy left.
I'm thankful for the weekend, because it allowed me to devote a long stretch of time to finishing my board.
Tomorrow, it will get delivered to City Arts Gallery , after school.
It will be on display with other boards at Boarded Up 5 art exhibit. I'm so excited to see what all the other art will look like. This is my second time contributing to this show. The show's Opening Night is this week: August 18 from 6pm to 9pm. Come out and see me an all the great art if you are a local!
