Final Project Reflection: I received good feedback on my final presentation of my installation. Both professor and classmates liked how I transformed my vehicle and did not have anything I could have done differently. I was asked about why I chose a Peregrine Falcon versus a Bald Eagle. I was asked and given the suggestion that I could have driven the car with people sitting on the bird to suggest flying, but consideration has to be taken with the possible safety issues. The

CONCEPT: I will be using the car, because it is the one space in my current life where I have control over it. Because I am using a car, my installation will speak to what a vehicle means to me, and to people in general. I want the viewer to feel as if they are enveloped in an experience. The car is a sourc
After talking to Prof. Furlong about the project and my research, I decided to really push on with the idea of travel and specifically immigration. Today I bought a suitcase at the goodwill and started to think about what and who this bag will represent and what it will have in it... I’m thinking that it will represent a mom. #immigration #installation #travel #luggage
